You can cancel your order any time before the product has not been processed for shipment. Once the orders are processed for shipment, the orders may or may not be cancelled depending upon the seller's product return policy. Please check seller's return policy before placing the order.
Fillracks reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on
  • Unavailability of products - In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the seller, the product will be cancelled.
  • If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
  • Suspected fraudulent information.
  • Suspected fraudulent information.
  • In rare cases transactions involving illegal or prohibitive substance are discovered to be made on the platform.


We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets either of the following conditions.
  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Varies from the description on the website
  • Wrong Product delivered
  • Wrong colour or size
  • Wrong qty
  • Missing parts/accessories
In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return or Replacements will be processed as per seller’s policy provided the products planned to be returned meets all the following conditions.
  • Product has not been used even once
  • Brand packing is intact
  • Invoice is available
  • All the tags/labels are available
Exempted/non-returnable items – electronic items such as Printers, cartages, tablets, testing/lab instruments, custom made products also those product which are mentioned as non-returnable in that product’s catalogue are not accepted for returns.

  • In some cases, Return service is not offered by our Logistic Service Providers. In all such cases you need to send the product to us through India Post only and we will reimburse courier charges to the address communicated by us.
The instructions and address for product return will be communicated to you once return process has been initated.


If the order is cancelled before shipment processing, full amount will be automatically refunded to you based on the payment mode chosen by you at the time of placing the order. If the seller accepts return products as mentioned in the product return policy, full refund will be processed upon successful inspection of the product by the seller and is found to bein acceptable condition.
Please be patient with us, it usually takes 6-8 days to credit refund amount to your account depending upon your payment type.
If you are planning to call customer care regarding refund, please provide cheque, transaction and bank details for speedy refund processing. Once the refund is processed we will send you notification through SMS and email.
